We are pleased to welcome you to the 51st Annual Meeting of the Group for Cancer Epidemiology and Registration in Latin Language Countries (GRELL), which will take place in Ragusa, Sicily, Italy, from 4 to 7 May 2027.

This year's meeting will be particularly special, as it will be jointly organized with the Italian Association of Cancer Registries (AIRTUM), bringing together researchers, cancer registry professionals, epidemiologists and public health experts from across Europe and beyond.

The event will begin on Tuesday, 4 May, with dedicated workshops, followed by three days of joint AIRTUM–GRELL scientific sessions, offering opportunities to share research findings, exchange experiences and strengthen international collaboration in cancer registration and epidemiology.

We look forward to welcoming you to Ragusa, a beautiful UNESCO World Heritage city in southeastern Sicily, for an inspiring scientific meeting and a memorable cultural experience.
